The various sites and microclimates of Galicia give a range of possibilities that are not found in other areas of the Iberian Peninsula, which should make us consider the term "Gardenings" (in the plural). This guide discusses a number of tips on the species and work to be done in the garden. It is not exhaustive, given the Galician diversity, but all species listed here were subjected to work and practices, as well as a rigorous monitoring during their development.
