This text is thought for Galiza from beginning to end. Our country has particular ecological conditions (type of soil, climate and so on ...), and also unique social conditions (beyond the culture, social organization,etc., is the distribution of lands, or the level of traditional knowledge, for example). Hence the organic garden will also have their own characteristics.

The book contains information on existing organic production, and seeks to highlight what can be useful for the Galician gardens. And viceversa, it aims to collect information about the production of our garden to see what can be interesting in the organic Galician production.

It deals with organic garden for self-consumption, but technical keys are also provided for farms intending to live from this production.
